Life in the trenches is no easy task. Today’s defense of lineman range in size strength and ability. They have a myriad of different responsibilities that change from scheme to scheme. Our job is to make sure you as an athlete learn the basics and stopping the run and improving your pass rush. We believe Nothing beats consistency and hard work.

OUR MISSION.

These sessions you learning everything about the D-line position from proper stance to proper hand placement & run technique to how to improve hand fighting for better pass rush efficiency. This class is comprehensive as well as progressive and applicable for all levels whether you’re a novice or a seasoned player.

MMAFX HAND FIGHTING.

MMAFx is the #1 and most recognized football Hand Fighting & Hand Speed program in the country.  MMAFx has trained over 15 former or current NFL athletes, including positions of defensive lineman, linebackers, wide receivers, and offensive lineman. MMAFx has also worked with over 30 college football programs including: University of Alabama, Oklahoma University, Penn State University, University of Washington, Western Kentucky University, Southern University, Yale University, and many more.

OUR MISSION.

The mission of the MMAFx Hand Fighting & Hand Speed program is to develop a football athlete’s Hand fighting ability to better get off the line and to clear their opponents barriers. The techniques and drills will help improve and increase a football athlete’s timing, precision, and athleticism when using their hands. LB ACADEMY.

Linebacker play is about making good decisions being aggressive and being efficient. Our approach to training linebackers is to teach them proper body control and how to trust your eyes in the game of football. Consistent hard work and drilling the proper techniques to help our athletes pursue the ball and be in the right position on passing downs.

Learn the keys to becoming a better linebacker. This class goes over everything from how to properly read keys in the run game to pursuit angles and proper tackling. Develop sound instincts and be a more efficient player. This class is for those new to the position as well as those who’ve played it for many years.

DB ACADEMY.

Defensive backs of the last line of defense and therefore must have sound technique in order to make sure the defense works efficiently. Our aim is to make sure that our athletes learn the basics of bodywork and foot position to be a more consistent and competitive defensive back.

OUR MISSION.

This class goes over the fundamentals of defensive back position from proper footwork & change of direction to learning how to play the ball and tackle properly. Learn the basics to coverages and how to know the game from a broader prospective. This class is for all players beginners through experienced.
